I've created a club for SRV on Strava: app.strava.com/clubs/4522 A regular Strava account is free, so if you use a GPS for riding, running or other outdoor activities, sign up and join the SRV club by clicking Explore > Clubs.

You can upload indoor-trainer rides, not just outdoor rides. An example of what an uploaded ride looks like:

The red circled numbers indicate climbs significant enough to be categorized, ranging from Category 4 on up to HC.

Oo, oo! I just love popularity contests! I joined so now we are tied. Btw, how did you get that SRV logo used as the club icon. I didn't know that cat was out of the bag yet.

Check out Ron's ride: app.strava.com/rides/6100965 (log in for full stats). He jumped to 3rd on the leaderboard on Charles Road and then took a crack at Greenwood for the heck of it

Tip on Greenwood: that segment starts from the Y with Indian Canyon Road, not from down at Government Way, so you can soft-pedal up to the Y and then go for it. Oh, and the segment for Charles doesn't start right at the very bottom either... if anyone's looking to move up the leaderboard, it can pay to know exactly where the segment starts and ends, so zoom in on the segment map and check.

Last night I did a lot of hills, starting with Greenwood, and was feeling energetic for a while, so I managed a new PR on Greenwood myself, then an easy ride up Indian Canyon Road, and then took another run at Thorpe, bringing my KOM mark down about 35 seconds (partly by not having to wait for traffic at 195).

Yay, I reached 100% on the Specialized/Strava climbing challenge yesterday, with 8 days left to go

Now I've signed up for the Nuun Twice-The-Tour challenge, which is to ride twice the distance of the Tour de California from May 1st to May 31st. So that's 47 miles a day on average which is about 40% more mileage volume than I've been doing. I think I'm going to need a few more pair of cycling shorts just to avoid being bottlenecked by the laundry situation!

After 15 days, I'm 72% complete on the Nuun/Strava distance challenge: 1,069 miles done, 410 to go, currently ranked 15th of 5720 victims participants.

Nearly all of that distance has been on my silver Soma Smoothie ES sport-touring bike, since it has a good mix of speed, baggage capacity and lights/reflectivity (my rides inevitably end up in darkness). But this weekend I'll probably give Reflecto-Bike a turn, and do the Midnight Century route during daytime hours.
