Reflecto-Bike breathes a sigh of relief. Reflecto-Bike can hand over the XC-race kit to this frame off Ebay, and go back to the relative safety of being a plain old commuting bike. And if anyone has the urge to own a 22" Surly Troll frame/fork, mine's going to be for sale. It's just more weight than I like to carry up and down staircases at both ends of every commute

Congrats, Tom! I imagine that you'll be wanting to test ride the new frame/bike once you get it. Call me and we'll go rail some trails.

Yeah, it should be up and running around New Years, and then we can go rage around Riverside or something I'm actually equally excited about having the blue Ziggurat resume the commuter role... that Troll is a tank to carry up a stairway, especially with a U-lock and a load of groceries.
